One of the fastest growing freight companies in the country is looking to add a talented and hard working team member to their management staff.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. They will also supervise the accounting department, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and develop and implement financial strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Experience supervising an accounting department
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
• Must be proficient using Quickbooks online.
• Proven record of cost reduction

Competitive pay starting from $80,000-$110,000 will be offered to the ideal candidate, plus benefits (Health Insurance, PTO, Holiday Pay).
